We are looking for an Administrative Manager to join us as we are growing fast and need support to work efficiently. You will contribute to ensure smooth running of our activities and contribute in propelling sustainable growth. This is a part-time position with approx. 20 hours per week.
You have previously worked in administrative positions and are enthusiastic about using your skills to make a societal change.
Your responsibilities
Place orders, process and send invoices (e.g. E-conomic)
Communicate with vendors and contractors.
Support bookkeeping procedures and prepare financial reports with the assistance of an accountant (e.g. E-conomic, MS Excel, Pleo, Roger).
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data (e.g. Salary, Sharepoint).
Handling contracts with consultants and employees with the support of a lawyer.
Prepare presentations and applications as assigned.
Support preparing newsletters to our shareholders and followers (e.g. MailChimp, e.g. Hubspot).
Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Organize travel arrangements and support arranging webinars and other events.
Your profile

You also have:
+1-year experience as Administrative manager or similar
Well organised, structured, and quality-minded
Great communication skills
Service-minded with a positive, and solution-oriented work approach
Great competences in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint, and other software for accounting and reporting (e.g. E-conomic)
Proficient in English both verbal and written
Self-starter attitude
Keen on working in a multicultural environment and contribute to the good working spirit in the department
