We currently have a healthcare system that focuses on symptoms instead of the root causes. With a standpoint in functional medicine, we are determined to shift the main focus towards the root causes instead of the symptoms. As a first step, we want to help functional medicine practitioners with supplying their patients with the right quality supplements at a lower price and a more convenient way to break through the non-transparent and complex supplement industry.

The job role

We are looking for a strong individual to join us as a potential Co-founder for Welldium.

You are hungry and gutsy enough to roll up your sleeves and challenge the modern healthcare system as we know it to focus on the root causes instead of treating symptoms.

For the role, we expect that:

• Background: The ideal candidate has experience from both consulting and/or a startup

• Operations: You have worked in operations either in the form of consulting projects or in a startup setting where you were responsible for it

• Stakeholder management: You have experience in working with investors or senior management and enjoy selling a company vision

• Strategy & Finance: You have experience working with strategy and financial modelling

Key responsibilities:

Operations: 

• Responsible for developing the operations strategy for Welldium

• Managing the whole distributor, packaging and shipping flow

• Be on top of for legal matters and regulations in relation to selling supplements in different countries

• Building up our operations team

• Build strong partnerships with Supplement brands across the world

Investor Relations:

• Responsible for developing the investment strategy for Welldium

• Rising investment rounds

• Stakeholder management

Strategy & Finance:

• Plan and execute the overall strategy together with the other Co-Founders

• Responsible for the budget and accounting

The practical details

Timeline — We are reviewing applicants and doing interviews on the go. We are looking to hire as soon as possible.

Location — We are open to building with talent from around the world but founders must be willing to be in Copenhagen for at least a 3 months validation phase.
