At Low-Fi, we believe in live music experiences that truly allow for listening and for that we are creating an international community for small concerts in private homes, gardens and other nontraditional live music spaces. Our online platform facilitates contact between musicians, hosts and concert guests. Through Low-Fi, they can collaborate to create unique and intimate concert experiences. A little background on us: We launched our platform in 2018 and since then we have been focused on consolidating Denmark with hosts, musicians and concerts. Now we are countrywide with 500 musicians and 200 hosts. We are also back in force from COVID lockdown, where we momentarily went online with the Low-Fi concerts. The Low-Fi format is very well suited to a post-lockdown reality, so we are confident this is our moment to grow and shine. 


We are now seeking a Customer Support Assistant to be in charge of communication with our users in Sweden and support on communication with our Danish users.


About the job

You will be in charge of all communication with our users in Sweden and support on communication with our Danish users (SoMe channels, e-mail and phone). We always go the extra mile for our users and it will be your job to make sure that they get the best treatment possible and the necessary guidance, when reaching out to us or using our site.


Who are you

You are outgoing, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative and can put yourself in a customer's shoes and advocate for them internally when necessary. You have experience in customer support, perhaps you have worked in retail or the hospitality industry. You are fluent in both Danish and Swedish - speech and writing - and have strong written and verbal communications skills. As we are an international team you must master English at a conversational level.

  • Establish strong relations over the phone, chat or email - it comes naturally to you

  • To consult and advice on the best solution for a customer

  • Collect and synthesize customer insights; Be the voice of the customer to help your teammates become better marketers, designers and builders

  • Work in synergy with an international team to maintain great customer success


Practicalities

We are launching in Sweden early 2021, and you will help us onboard and support users in Sweden. The position is a 15 hours/week employment with the possibility of more work. Up to and during launch more hours can be required. Start date is ASAP. You will be working closely with Low-Fi's Customer Success & Community team and the rest of the Low-Fi headquarters in Copenhagen.
