Your Role
As a Customer Success Manager you are responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty within the Italian marked. You will be responsible for the after sales customer journey, making sure the customers are satisfied and use our product to its full value. You will be acting as a trusted advisor, developing long-term relationships and success plans for customers, ensuring that the maximum value is derived from Clerk.io’s products.
Responsibilities
Ensure a premium experience for our clients by understanding their business objectives, key KPIs and ensure that Clerk.io delivers against them
Manage your own portfolio, on average 250 clients/year
Ensure Clerk.io becomes the value adding partner in targeted accounts
Act as a trusted adviser, advocating client needs back to Clerk.io’s internal Operation, Product and Sales teams
Successfully discover new revenue opportunities
Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
Ensure customer utilise their paid subscription fully
Develop strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts
Client meetings will be performed online and face to face
We are we looking for the following skills:
It is an ultimate requirement that you have Italian as a mother tongue and that you are living in Denmark
Strong track record managing a large portfolio of SME and Enterprise customer accounts with a focus on achieving a high renewal/retention rate within a current Customer Success role
Knowledge of customer success processes
Experience in working directly with clients to understand business needs and applying technology solutions to those requirements
Great experience developing technical solutions with internet technologies including HTML, CSS and Javascript
Experience of coding is wanted, preferably with Python and PHP
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
Basic knowledge of pipeline management and account strategy
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Great written and oral presentation skills in English (similar to native level)
Highly organised and able to multitask
Self-driven and proactive nature
Profiles from companies working with Online Marketing, e-commerce or SaaS environments will be strongly preferred
Communications or Marketing Degree is preferred
