Your Role

Our Customer Success Team is looking for a service-minded person with technical skills, who loves being the bridge between software/technology and the people who use it. 

You will be a key employee in the team and your daily work ensures our Italian speaking clients the best possible customer service experience with Clerk.io.

You will be the smiling person our customers talk to, whenever they need to implement Clerk.io software or have questions about their current setup. It is natural for you to provide high quality customer service and make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. 

You will be responsible for running projects, so that all customers come onboard easily, and continue being happy, making sure they are always excited to collaborate with Clerk.io. 

Who are you?

  • It is an ultimate requirement that you have Italian as a mother tongue and that you are living in Denmark

  • A unique communicator who loves listening to and helping others.

  • Have empathy and can present solutions that are relevant to the needs of our customers.

  • Experience with customer service on the phone

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies is preferred 

  • You have a technical mindset and like working with internet-based services.

  • Have knowledge of, and a passion for e-commerce.

  • The ability to learn new technologies at lightning speed.

  • A natural enthusiasm for solving problems and passion for providing extraordinary customer service.

  • Have a flexible, hardworking and can-do attitude.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and maximising customer success with Clerk.io's software.

  • Training new customers with your expertise

  • Working with customers to identify their needs and guide them to reach their goals in the best possible way.

  • Talking to existing customers and help them get the most out of their investment in Clerk.io's software.

  • Setting up Live-Demos that show how Clerk.io will work on customers’ webshops.

  • Implementing full Clerk.io best-practices for customers on our Plug&Play platforms. 

Basically: Make the customers as happy as possible.
