Customer Experience intern

We are growing rapidly and need to strengthen our team with a Customer Success intern. Customer Experience is crucial to LOOP and we work closely with our customer to ensure their success.


We are looking for a driven, engaged and outgoing CX intern with a passion for making customers happy.

This is an opportunity to gain firsthand experience with global customers in a growing company within a booming industry.

 

You are

  • positive, self-driven, passionate, with a "let's do it" mind set and open to trying new things

  • structured and professional

  • flexible, embrace change and like working on different tasks at the same time

  • a people person with an interest in the people side

  • experienced within tech and IT, from a practitioner perspective

  • fluent in spoken and written English


You will

  • work with continous improvement, gathering feedback from customers and interacting with UX and product development

  • manage customer expectations and deliverables

  • be the link to our customers, keeping track of their needs and aligning them with our product development roadmap
