Actimo is the employee app for the modern non-desk workforce, combining communication, training and leadership tools into one cohesive platform. In September 2020, Actimo was acquired by Kahoot!, the world’s leading game-based learning platform. As part of the Kahoot! Group, we will work together to create innovative solutions for employee engagement that redefine corporate learning across the globe.
85% of the global workforce is not engaged at work, and we think that’s a shame. Want to help us change it?
Actimo is hiring a talented Product Manager, who will lead a full-stack product squad to craft end-to-end experiences and features for our customers and end-users. We are looking for someone who is curious, self-driven, and used to working as part of an agile product team.
As a Product Manager, you’ll be driving discovery and research with customers and users, defining and prioritizing opportunities on the roadmap, navigating stakeholders and feedback, and working with your squad to scope, refine and deliver great features and products.
Our squads are located in Copenhagen and Barcelona, and our work is cross-border and cross-functional. We’re inspired by Dual Track Agile and Kanban, and we believe the Double Diamond is awesome for discovery work. At the end of the day, we believe the product and value we deliver to our customers matters most – but if you’re passionate about product management processes and tools, we love to nerd out about that too!
In this role you'll refer to our Head of Product. Besides being a part of a squad and the Product & Tech department, your closest allies will be Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and, of course, our customers and end-users; the thousands of employees that use our product every day.
Lead a cross-functional squad of design and development peers to discover and deliver great product work to our customers and their employees.
Develop a deep understanding of our business, our customers, our market and our competitors.
Maintain the product backlog and drive the product planning process and roadmap for your domain and squad.
Evaluate new product opportunities and ideas, drive product discovery, and bring forward one-pagers and proposals for prioritization.
Define requirements and acceptance criteria, and work closely with your Tech Lead and squad to effectively scope, refine and develop solutions using agile methods.
Share, coordinate and evangelize your product work and roadmap with leadership and stakeholders in other departments on an on-going basis.
Work with our Head of Product to refine and evolve our overarching product vision and strategy, set clear objectives and metrics, and improve our product development processes.
Be a great coworker! We promise we’re a fun and caring bunch, and we hope you’ll join us in celebrating our wins and building a great and inclusive culture.
4+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS companies
A creative and curious mind, and a passion for rolling up your sleeves and diving into complex problem-solving with your squad
Proven ability to plan and drive the full cycle of a modern product development process; across discovery and delivery activities, from the earliest ideation to successful customer adoption
A strong product intuition and great design sensibility; you are able to efficiently conceptualize ideas and solutions, and can pinpoint good vs bad user experiences.
The technical aptitude to communicate efficiently with your squad and weigh in on technical solutions and priorities.
A solid understanding of important B2B metrics, and an opinion on how to use data in research, goal-setting and prioritization.
Excellent communication skills; you can effectively communicate the narrative behind your work and engage your stakeholders.
An open and vibrant working environment with 50+ highly committed international colleagues. And you will meet all of them.
An opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization. Everyday is a new day.
A fun and human workplace. This is what makes us come back every Monday.
Challenge and support for your development. We want you to become better every day.
A sociable company culture. Because we love our cakes, Christmas parties and (virtual) Friday bars.
If this sounds like you, please don’t hesitate to send over your CV, along with any other relevant materials (portfolio, website, case studies, or anything else you want to share). We review applications on an on-going basis.
