TechBBQ is seeking highly diligent, confident candidate as Head of Event ,As Head of Event ,you will be overall responsible for our digital and physical event.

Event Head Responsibilities:

• Manage the scope and details of the event, including time, date, location, and budget in collaboration with management.

• Work with vendors during the event and planning process .

• Coordinate efficient event set-up, execution, break down, and follow-up processes.

• Oversee and update event budgets and negotiate vendor contracts for the best deal.

• Monitor event logistics and services, including securing technology and equipment needed .

• Analyze event’s overall success and client satisfaction and document findings.

• Create, manage, and drive project timelines; ensure deliverables and milestones are met.

• Act as product and subject matter expert for digital event.

• Provide technical support and guidance during digital event.

• Coordinate with all point of contact persons to manage the delivery of key event related elements.

• Perform virtual event related activities like managing the whole event platform.

Event Head Requirements:

• Proficient in written and spoken english and danish.

• Prior experience delivering events and/or webinars live .

• Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship building, teamwork, and project management skills  .

• Extremely detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization with changing priorities .
