Because we are looking for smart energetic Sales Development Representatives to join us! You will be part of a company that is expanding globally and hereby get a chance to capitalize on all the opportunities this offers.
Our Account Based approach will help you understand some of the world’s best-known brands and their work with employee experience to improve their engagement, productivity and customer experience.
We will provide you with training and turbocharge your appointment setting development, giving you the foundations for a life-long career in sales, customer success or marketing.
Identify new potential accounts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Research their pain-points, and how the ATOBI solution can add value to their operations
Contact decision makers from those accounts and set-up discovery call meetings via phone calls, emails and Linkedin
Collaborate closely with marketing and Account Executives to optimize our go-to-market strategy and get on the agenda of top prospect accounts
Manage Outbound and Inbound emails and phone calls from prospective clients
Establish conversations and relationships, qualify opportunities and influence decision-makers
Track and update information in CRM
Keep your knowledge of products & industry up-to-date
Build and refine collateral such as market intelligence, case studies, or engagement strategies and share best practices
Proven appointment setting experience within a B2B setting, ideally in a SaaS environment
Comfort in maintaining a high level of outbound activity, including starting initial contact to cold leads. Persistence is key and you’re someone who can think up new ways to get through to the decision makers at ICP accounts
Comfortable with active change in a startup environment
High EQ, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills via telephone, presentations, and in online meetings
Highly organised and confident in handling many conversations simultaneously
Doer – able to work independently in a remote team
Has great attention to detail
Fluent English
