We are looking for 2 dynamic marketing interns who wants to turn strategy into practice by developing implementation plans and activating our team to successfully drive our marketing. The successful candidates will know how to turn strategy into practice by combining creativity, strategic thinking and marketing practices. Being comfortable working in a team is required, Danish language skills are not.
Make!mpact is a sustainably-led FinTech platform that allows users to match their sustainability goals with their financial investments. Our goal is to enable our users to make informed decisions about investments that align with their values. We want to make sustainable investing available for everyone, regardless of age, gender, or economic background.
Each position is a 2-6 month unpaid internship starting as soon as possible. The position is based in Copenhagen and it is expected to be physically present at the office during the internship.
Expected working hours: full time
We are looking for 2 marketing interns to implement our marketing strategies with a team of creatives, copywriters, marketers and graphic designers. You will have the opportunity to take on a project management role in the marketing team to build a community of change-makers via different channels.
What you will do
Your first task will be our re-launch marketing activities, we are ready if you are? We will make a plan together for your tasks depending on your interests and competencies, but your day-to-day tasks will be within:
Responsibilities
Translating marketing strategies into action plans
Activate the marketing team to implement your action plan
Coordinate our marketing activities on Social Media, Mailchimp, LinkedIn to make sure we are telling the right story
Skills and Expectations
You are on your Masters-degree and studying Marketing and/or have practical experience with marketing and are passionate about activating marketing in a dynamic startup.
You have a structural approach to tasks and never lose the overview
You are a strong communicator, comfortable with working in a close-knit team (some humor never hurts).
You have a feeling for content and visuals
You feel comfortable coordinating a team - micromanagement is the dead of co-creation.
The successful candidate should be proactive and is not afraid to ask critical questions
