Customer success manager (Part-time / Remote)

We are hiring a Customer Success manager who’s smart, curious, compassionate and ready to assist our clients with onboarding and smooth experience! We care deeply about building strong, long-term relationships with our customers, so we’re looking for candidates who can balance the need to move fast with a personal approach at the right pace for each customer. The position is part-time with a possibility to become a full-time position in early 2021. The position is remote.


Our customers are small and medium-size online fashion brands. Your role is to be their go-to person from the moment we sign them and for the rest of their time with our company.


You will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new customers and assisting our integration team with integrations. Essentially, you will be a bridge between our tech team and customer's business and tech teams to ensure that the integration goes as smooth and as fast as possible.

  • Communicating with customers on a regular basis to update them on new product features, case studies, identify their needs etc; Having regular check-in calls and conversations.

  • Updating customers with monthly performance reports and evaluate their satisfaction.

  • Building long-term and trusted relationships with our customers and ensure high satisfaction, low churn and ever increasing CLV.

  • Handling customer complaints and passing it to our product and tech teams, following up in a timely manner to ensure resolutions.

  • Representing our company and values.

You will work directly with our Head of Integrations and CEO.

Though this job starts out as a part-time position, there will be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar positions – especially within SaaS B2B tech industries and dealing with customers from SMB segments.

  • You are a quick learner.

  • You are fluent in English and have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • You are great at multi-tasking, prioritising and managing your time effectively.

  • You have experience using CRM systems (ideally, Hubspot).

  • Most importantly, you are great at communicating and have a high level of emotional intelligence.
