We are looking for an experienced UX strategist, who will play a central role in defining our future product. As UX strategist you will be responsible for the UX-strategy and customer journey on one or more key pillars of our platform. You will move smoothly between the many sub-disciplines in the field: gathering data and evidence, triangulating data, articulating problem definitions, customer journeys, interaction design, hypothesis construction, test, validation, solution design, workshop facilitation, and much more. You will work closely with our product managers in prioritizing problem opportunities.
Our software has helped people lose over 100.000 kg and change their life with healthy habits, workouts and nutrition! This number has grown exponentially until now and we need you as our UX Strategist to help us maintain the growth.
We are looking for someone passionate about our mission of shaping the new industry of online fitness coaching. You have the ambition of defining the future of our world-class products. Our diverse and open-minded team is based in Copenhagen. We work hard, but also strive to have fun while doing it.
Your areas of responsibility will be:
Plan and execute product discovery in collaboration with product managers and tech leads
Map, triangulate, and make sense of customer insights while connecting it with desired business outcomes and possible solutions.
Define, articulate, and test ideas, concepts, interactions, and prototypes with a strong focus on solving user needs.
Work with Product Management and the Executive Team to define the Product Strategy.
Facilitate workshops and programs (could be design sprints or other similar formats).
Setup continuous and recurring cycles of constant user feedback and testing with our end users.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our discovery processes and tools.
You have 5+ years of professional experience with UX
You have a strong toolbox of UX methods that span across strategy, user research, and interaction design.
You have worked in a metric driven product organisation and value the power of the accumulated knowledge of frequent (weekly) customer touchpoints over more thorough field studies, while both are essential.
You can analyze and break down complex problems, and know how to work strategically and structured as you uncover desired outcomes and user needs and transform them into new and validated concepts and ideas.
You have experience with digital idea- and concept development. Could be through design sprints, prototyping, or similar.
You work in a goal- and data-driven way and would rather want to validate your hypotheses through research, tests, and prototypes, than trusting your gut instinct
You are familiar with the principles of modern iterative development and concepts like Dual Track agile, OKRs, etc.
