Take part in creating a scaleable operation to deliver on high-digit growth and creating the world’s best skincare products through customisation and with strong focus on sustainability throughout the supply chain

It's demanding and complex matters to develop the optimal operating model and drive high-digit growth with customised skincare, nonetheless, that's what we are doing and we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to take part.

As our Supply Chain Specialist — with a direct reference to our COO as part of our operations team in close cooperation with R&D and our Carbon Footprint Officer — you will be working with the following primary priorities:

1. Make sure that we never run out of products

2. Make sure that we don't have more resources locked up in stock than necessary

3. Optimise production planning and forecasting

4. Deliver on our sustainability goals

You will be responsible for developing our current supply chain and sourcing everything from raw ingredients to packaging materials. You will also be the link between purchasing, finance, and accounting. Lastly, your job will be to improve inventory management and deliver on the spot intelligent forecasting.

An experienced specialist with a passion for data, creating structure and working smarter in a rapidly changing and complex business

We are looking for a true data nerd who loves working in excel, creating structures and routines. We imagine you having three years or more of supply chain management experience.

Further, we are looking for a great caring and ambitious team member who can perform independently with an analytical mindset and the ability to tie the business together and connect with the supply chain.
