Description

We have a bold vision to arrange the largest TEDx-event ever. To succeed, we need the brightest minds - we need you! TEDxMalmö is looking for a kind, genuine, curious and considerate individual (with a sense of humor) to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager, creating exciting opportunities for others to share ideas worth spreading!

You are a great listener who makes an effort to create an inclusive environment that not only welcomes diversity, but actually goes out and seeks it. You are self-aware and attentive to your biases.

In December 2020 (digital) and June 2021 (arena), we will host another batch of great speakers that will touch upon all sorts of ideas worth spreading. This is your chance to meet them in person and to work with the most motivated volunteers, event producers, senior managers and doers in the region. This is your chance to make things happen!

The role

Tasks

– Assist function managers to identify competency gaps in the organisation

– Develop a retention strategy that is optimised for volunteers

– Create job postings, job descriptions and define requirements for the roles

– Sourcing potential volunteers for the organisation

– Screening candidates and their answers in the beginning of the recruitment process

– Perform interviews with candidates

– Maintain people related administration

– Creatively design positions ad hoc, if needed
