Your role at Hello Retail:
You will report to, and work closely together with, the Group CFO.
· Customer contracts: Setup new customer contracts, review/manage contract changes. Handle customer cancellations and win-backs, in cooperation with Account Management and retention departments.
· Sparring partner for Sales and Account Management, in relation to contracts and invoicing.
· Invoicing.
· Debtor management.
· Bookkeeping and reconciliation routines.
· Reporting of KPI’s, e.g. sales, cancellations, recurring revenue, retention rates, etc.
· Analytical reporting, statistics.
· Monthly reporting.
Your work qualifications (required skills):
You are a highly motivated Finance professional. You are detail-oriented and meticulous, but also have an appreciation of “the big picture”. You pride yourself in providing correct and useful financial information, and take personal responsibility for the reports you provide to Management.
You enjoy collaborating with other departments, and servicing/helping other functions.
You understand that non-Finance staff do not necessarily understand the details as well as you do. You appreciate that this sometimes requires patience and that you provide extra help, assistance and explanations of how things work.
You are ambitious, and eager to learn new stuff.
You have a minimum of 3 years experience as a finance/accounting assistant, controller or similar.
You may have experience as auditor (not required).
Debet and Credit is your home turf, and you enjoy working with bookkeeping and numbers. You are not satisfied until your reconciliations are done and correct, and you are certain that your reports are correct.
You have in-depth experience with MS Excel.
It is not required that you are a Danish citizen, but you must have excellent Danish language skills and have working experience in Denmark.
Nice to have qualifications (preferred skills):
Hello Retail uses E-conomics ERP system, integrated with other systems.
Experience with E-conomics is a plus.
