Business Development Manager (Norwegian Market - remote position)

The role  

As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in Norway, with the mission of making Superb the #1 platform for restaurant brands. To achieve this mission, you will be on the phone talking with potential customers every day, on the road visiting restaurants to do product-presentations, and signing contracts with new customers. Restaurants are a tight-knit community where everyone knows each other and therefore you will focus a lot on building strong customer relationships to expand your network with recommendations and referrals. You will be part of the newly created Scandinavian team and be reporting to the chief sales officer.

 

The ideal candidate

  • Think and acts as a sales entrepreneur

  • Has 2-3 years of experience with outbound sales

  • Is self-disciplined and excels in getting things done

  • Has a “whatever-it-takes” mentality

  • High energy and great with building relationships (our people is our brand)

  • Loves the restaurant industry & has worked in a restaurant before (a plus)

  • Living in Norway and able to travel around for customer meetings

  • Able to communicate and speak Norwegian is a plus

Important information: We are hiring on a contractor term, which means you will have to invoice us your salary every month.
