PayTack is an international hi-tech startup founded in 2018 and located in Denmark and Sweden. PayTack provides e-loyalty through easy check-in solutions using facial recognition. We serve businesses in various areas, with a current focus on SMEs in the cafe business. We are now looking for someone to join the team as a Co-founder with a specialisation in product design.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has been a part of some startups or any venture where he/she was responsible for key areas from wireframing ideas , designing prototype and some visual designing for presentation and designing marketing material.

Responsibilities as a Co-founder

This is an exciting time to be joining PayTack. The Co-founder will be working closely with the founding team and will be involved in all strategic decision making. The ideal candidate must be customer focussed and sales/revenue mnidset i.e should be able to look at the bigger picture

The ideal candidate will ensure the design and creative deliverables are aligned to stakeholder expectations and executed within budget and deadlines. It will involve you using your best UI/UX practice toolkit to implement new processes and practices to improve the efficiency of the design and creative department.  

Design Tasks

• Managing the design team and project-based freelancers 

• Influencing design-led thinking across the business  

• Leading concept development in relation to design and creative outputs  

• Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team’s production capabilities 

• Ensuring that design and creative projects are delivered on time and control quality of delivered designs  

Requirements

Here are some of the things we think will be valuable, but we're also open-minded. If you recognise yourself in any of these then we’d love to hear from you.

• 3+ years of experience as UX/UI Lead Designer or similar

• Experience with brand development

• Excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects  

• Ability to easily pick up on the existing company vision

• Ability to think strategically and generate creative revenue streams

• Ability to transmit knowledge and build a team

• Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion  

• Ability to supervise and develop employees  

• Adobe product suite  experience
