We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who is passionate about delivering world class service. You know how to onboard customers, and give them an excellent start on their journey working with Superb. You should have a proven track record in helping customers achieve high levels of satisfaction with a Saas Product.
You will become a member of a fast growing team, who have razor focus on quality and delivering value to our users. You should know your way around technology, and be able to work in structured way.
What you will do:
Ensure that new customers have a smooth onboarding and that they convert to Active Users.
Work closely with the Support team to resolve any tickets or issues faced by your customers.
Understand how customers are currently using the products and identify opportunities to increase usage and value gained.
Liaise with the product team to ensure feedback loops and communicate the voice of customers.
Monitor health scores and satisfaction levels.
Ensure customer retention.
Maintain all customer data in our CRM, and ensure that all steps of the process are reported in a structured way.
Minimum requirements for candidates:
2+ years of experience in a customer facing role at a SaaS company. You are used to doing onboarding, product trainings, and drive product usage to increase satisfaction.
Experience managing large scale projects, with good knowledge of planning and executing tasks in a structured way.
Strong ability to understand technical aspects of software and solve problems.
Desire to drive adoption, increase product usage and bring in revenue.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team-player, efficient, structured, and solution-oriented.
Must be fluent in English, and one of Danish, Swedish or Norwegian.
