We are looking for an ambitious and hungry sales professional to contribute to our continuing, international growth. As Brella’s Account Executive you get to meet with prospects, negotiate your deals and close lots of new sales on a monthly basis. Your results will directly impact our company level goals. We need your help to grow our sales and achieve our goals, and for this we are looking for a person with prior experience in reaching sales targets by executing a complete sales cycle from prospecting to booking a meeting and all the way to closing the deal. How would your daily work look like? 🖥️
The purpose of this role is to generate new sales by owning the complete sales cycle from prospecting to booking a meeting and all the way to closing the deal.
You are conducting our sales meetings and closing deals with prospects according to Brella Sales Playbook in a high velocity sales environment: you will have the opportunity to meet with multiple prospects daily and to manage a pipeline with +20 active deals.
We take systemic approach and data seriously in Brella’s sales, so you will be working actively in our Hubspot CRM and following our CRM guidelines on a daily basis.
In this position, you will get both the freedom to perform and the support from your awesome Sales team. This means that it will be possible to take ownership and work independently but also discuss potential clients and other issues together with your colleagues to be able to make decisions together.

What kind of Account Executive are you? 🦄
First and foremost, we are looking for a person who is extremely motivated in doing active new sales and hitting our monthly sales targets.
You have a demonstrated experience of successful outbound sales (preferably in an international environment).
You have the skillset to diagnose prospects’ business pains using the SPIN model or similar, and you are able to tailor your messages and solutions to individual prospects’ needs.
You have a systematic approach to work: ability to follow through with fast paced to do -lists and sustainably manage a pipeline with +20 active deals constantly.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. No Finnish language required!
