Wiredelta is a fast-growing web and mobile development agency and we are on the hunt for a talented and all-around awesome Recruitment Coordinator to join our Copenhagen office. So get ready and prepare yourself for an exciting journey in conquering the digital world!
In this role, you will work closely with our Managing Director to understand hiring needs and will drive Wiredelta’s recruitment process from start to finish - from sourcing candidates to managing applications in our ATS to interviewing and eventually, onboarding our new team members. When hiring times are slow, you’ll look in the direction of our awesome developers and hunt down potential external projects where they could put their skills to use as consultants. Therefore, it is crucial that you are confident approaching individuals, companies, and third-party providers and have solid communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
PRIMARY SKILLS
1-2 years experience in HR, recruitment or similar
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (Danish is a bonus)
Ability to work independently and effectively
Studying or completed degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business or similar preferred
SECONDARY SKILLS
Familiarity with ATS or other HR software
Goal-oriented and flexible mindset
Experience identifying and following through on project leads for consultants
Experience in IT field
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark. You must have the right to reside and work in Denmark.
