We are looking for an enthusiastic Team leader, who is eager to build and manage a high performing team of passionate sales talents and thus help us grow our customer base in Denmark.
You will be reporting to the Managing Director and will play a key role in implementing and executing the sales strategy for the Danish market. You are in charge of the day to day management of the Outbound Sales team, driving daily, weekly and monthly targets and will be part of building an ambitious, motivating and fun sales environment. Aside from taking responsibility of the team and being involved in improving our sales approach, you enjoy working hands-on with outbound sales yourself.
As Outbound Sales Team Leader, you will be focussing on generating sales for the Ageras Marketplace as well as for Billy ApS. Ageras and Billy are part of the Ageras Group - an ambitious, young and fast-paced group of technology companies based in Copenhagen, with a shared vision to make life easier for business owners.
Specifically, you’ll:
Manage and drive the sales team’s targets and performance
Take the lead and scale Ageras’ and Billy’s outbound cold calling activities in Denmark
Develop forecasting and action plans
Take the operational role yourself, establish first contact to potential clients/partners through various channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, mails etc.)
Professionalize and develop our outbound sales processes by developing new concepts, methods, manuscripts and value propositions, etc. that reflect the needs
Development and optimize sales scripts
Develop management reporting on activities and KPI's
Manage and grow the sales team
Develop and sustain a high-performance team
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Team Leader, full of energy, with a humongous sales talent and a strong drive combined with a target-driven mentality. Native Danish language skills and proficiency in English
2+ years hands-on experience with outbound sales
Eagerness to learn and adapt in an ever-changing, fast-growing environment
Experience in contacting leads via multiple channels
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Leadership experiences are considered as a plus
