Our story

Over 1 billion knowledge workers use a computer every day to perform business processes. Unfortunately, those business processes and systems are not such a fluent experience that you’re used to with Google products, but we think it could be.

We founded Workfellow.ai so that enterprises could become digitally fluid in the new era of remote work, automation, and AI. We help them optimize and automate their business processes and augment their people with the optimal tools to become their best versions.

The first step is to create an understanding of what are the problems within enterprise business processes. Thus we have created a software solution that builds a digital twin of an organization - to understand how things are today and what needs to be fixed. Our product is a mix of data mining, analytics, and an intuitive user interface.

Our business model is B2B SaaS, and our target segments are knowledge-intensive enterprises like BPOs, telcos, and banks.

We’ve been doing intensive product development with the first enterprise customers and preparing for our next phase. That means also growing our tech team and our Co-Founder, Henri, to be gradually moving from CTO duties to focus more on the customers and product design. We know what needs to be done, and the initial customer base is there, so this is your unique moment to jump on board, almost like a Co-Founder!

Role

In short; Fitting the technology stack, architecture, and roadmap with our vision, strategy, and customer priorities. To ensure that our technical resources meet the company’s short and long-term goals. Being the hands-on can-do lead developer in the beginning and leading our growing tech team. Structuring team, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working to serve our customers and the partners rolling-out our software.

Stack

The current tech stack is around Python/React/JavaScript/Azure or AWS. It is not only a traditional SaaS web app but a combination of a cloud service and a desktop application/plug-in. As we’re focusing on the large enterprise segment, private cloud and container deliveries are also done.

Match

The perfect match would have over 5 years of experience in a technical leading role at a process mining, analytics, enterprise automation, or OCR-technology company.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English and an ability to adapt to the customer mindset to build a great end-user experience are something that we value really, really high. EU residency speeds up many processes.
