As the head of delivery & tech support, you will ensure the timely delivery of projects, as well as ensuring a good support level. You will run a team of 11 highly motivated delivery specialists & tech supporters
You will help to ensure a good service level to better retain our customers
You will drive the necessary changes for improving the operating and organizational efficiency of the team.
You will measure the effectiveness of the support levels to find areas of improvement
You will ensure the continued education of the team in the product and best practices on how to provide excellent support
Have 3+ years experience leading one or more technical support teams
You love to put work into process and automate as much as possible
You are self-motivated and have a drive
You are a master of delegation & aren’t afraid of multi-tasking
Fluent in English, in both written and spoken
Experienced with recruiting technical team members
Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
Experience with e-commerce
