Panion is a Europe-based community management platform with a mission to provide communities with an online space and the tools they need to truly make their community thrive.
We are looking for someone who loves people. That means becoming the liaison between the customer and our product. You will be working closely with our tight knit team, to help our customers, community managers, reach their goals for their communities, and to share with the product team learned insights from the customer experience.
Some of your tasks will include:
Providing our customers tailored guidance on best practices when using Panion for managing their communities
Onboarding customers and helping them get set up on Panion
Regular outreach to customers to ensure they are meeting their goals and to hear about any issues they might be experiencing
Providing regular feedback to the product team about customer needs and problems
Finding new customers through our current ones

Has been a manager of an online community, and knows how to build a vibrant online community.
Is patient when it comes to teaching others how to use technology.
Takes initiative and proactively comes forward with new ideas on how we can improve our customer success process.
Sees patterns within customer feedback and needs, and is eager to make suggestions about product improvements to the product team.
Can handle deadlines and the occasional stressful situation. You can think fast on your toes and can improvise when life throws you a curveball.
Understands and believes in our values and company culture. We want to promote and celebrate our differences, both within our company and in the message we send to our customers.
Speaks and writes fluent English, other languages a plus but not required.
Doesn't mind occasionally working on weekends if its for a mission you believe in (#startuplife) – someone who wants to prove that Panion can't function without them.
Your skills:
Experience with community management: moderation, creating engaging content, planning events, and building connections between community members.
Experience with sales, customer service or customer success
Experience with maintaining a sales funnel
Familiarity with CRMs, such as Hubspot
Comfortable with learning how to use new digital tools and platforms
