Panion is a Europe-based community management platform with a mission to provide communities with an online space and the tools they need to truly make their community thrive.

We are looking for someone who loves to create engaging written content, and who thinks strategically and creatively about how to target audiences with their writing.


Some of your tasks will include:

  • Social Media content scheduling and writing.

  • Writing digital outreach, such as newsletters, emails, push notifications etc., and using deep links to track their impact.

  • Assuring everything gets published on time and with the utmost quality and attention to detail.

  • Writing for SEO 

You should ...

  • Be able to learn and match our brand voice to make sure it stays consistent throughout all communications.

  • Be a great communicator both in written English as well as in the ability to collaborate with the team.

  • Set realistic expectations, and communicate updates to necessary parties as tasks change. 

  • Be someone who ALWAYS takes initiative, problem solves independently, and learns from doing.

  • Be able to handle deadlines and stressful situations. This is a startup! You should be fast on your toes and able to improvise when life throws you a curveball.

  • Go above and beyond with everything you do and bring new ideas to the table.

  • Be open to occasionally working on the weekends for a mission you believe in (#startuplife).

Necessary skills:

  • Speak and write fluent and eloquent English, other languages are a plus but not required.

  • Be familiar with SEO strategies and the use of deep links to provide and track valuable insights.
