Opeepl is looking for an operations assistant to support the operations manager in the daily business activities. The operations assistant will primary work with survey development, scripting, set up and sampling processes for our global clients. To be successful as an operations assistant, you should possess excellent planning, analytical and detail-oriented skills and preferably have knowledge/experience about consumer insights.
Develop, script and set up surveys for global clients in Opeepl’s system
Handle dialogue and monitor performance with sample app networks
Monitor survey sampling processes and respond to any issues
Become the internal “go to” survey knowledge expert for the commercial team
You are probably a final year master student from CBS or similar
Interest or experience in market research or consumer insights
You excel in working under pressure, can prioritise and handle multiple tasks
You have a great flexibility in working hours (on average we expect you to work 15-20h weekly, but the hours might differ every week (from 5h to 25h)
You are ambitious and like to be challenged both personally and professionally
As a person you are open, responsible and thorough
You like an informal and young environment but can also be focused when needed
