Our ways of working in Customer Experienced is inspired by the books “Zappos: Delivering Happiness” and “Fucking Flink”
We are working with international customers and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so flexibility is a must. We generally schedule our customer experience heroes between 8 am and 9 pm, Monday to Sunday.’
Nøie is based at the co-working space Matrikel 1 in the centre of Copenhagen, Denmark.
An experienced Community Care Manager with a “can-do!-spirit”, a helpful mindset, and who have a passion for great customer service.
We are looking for an experienced Comunity Care Manager, with experience in people management, training and development and experience in setting up CX processes. Further:
Experience with major CX software such as Zendesk and Dixa and great technical understanding
Professional written and spoken skills in Danish and English
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work quickly under pressure
Team-spirit - everybody helps each other
It is a plus if you are skincare nerd and/or have other language skills than Danish and English - The more languages the better.
