We at Salesframe help organizations to sell better, improve customer meetings, and gain transparency on their sales team with our sales presenting & meeting platform. Currently we already have a strong position in the Finnish market, but we need a new team member to help us accelerate the growth in other Nordic markets!


Our SaaS product has already proven its demand. There are multiple Finnish companies using Salesframe, and we have also closed deals in Sweden, Denmark and other foreign countries.

However, we see a huge potential for growth in Sweden, Denmark and Norway and we are looking for the right person to develop these markets there with us!  As a Country Manager your main responsibility is to find & acquire new customers whose business will benefit from our solution. You can focus on a specific Nordic market, but we’re not restricting if you generate business elsewhere too.

All insights and ideas from you on how we can develop our operations and do something new are always most welcome, leading often to action. In a nutshell, as a Country Manager we expect you to:  

  • Have 5+ years’ experience of B2B selling and proven ability to achieve your targets. It’s also beneficial if you have some knowledge/background in software business. 

  • Have good business understanding and to be client focused – only by understanding a client’s business & needs can we identify how our services can add value to their operations.  

  • Be consistent, organized and systematic – it is required to succeed in selling. 

  • Have self-leadership – our team is there to support you, but we expect you to be able to make initiatives independently and work proactively based on your own understanding.  

  • We expect you to have full professional language proficiency in Swedish/Danish/Norwegian and English. You’ll be working with the local clients and our international team consisting of several nationalities. 

We have always most of our internal & client meetings remotely, and your physical location is less important for us. If you are the right person for the job and you can create results, we are flexible, and you can work where it fits you the best. It can be in one of the bigger cities in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, or around the Helsinki area in Finland.
