We are looking for an energetic support crew member and account manager to join our customer experience team.
As account manager, you are responsible to hold the contact to our business partners, reply to their questions, coordinate their requests and help them maintain and grow their bike fleets.
As our support hero, you will solve problems and answer questions around the use of our app and bicycles, both via calls and emails. We use Zendesk as our support tool. The working days are Monday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm, with the possibility of longer working hours depending on the volume.
You will work in both positions with changing emphasis, depending on the workload in the different areas. So if you like to apply and acquire a broad set of skills and to wear many hats, this job is for you!
This is a full time, paid position. Our peak season is from spring to autumn, where support hours may be extended. The distribution of your shifts can vary from week to week. You are likely to work on weekends and public holidays, when most of our riders rent bikes from us.
We imagine you:
Are fluent in French, German and English.
Can communicate in other languages, ideally in Spanish, Danish and/or Dutch.
Any other language skill is an asset.
Experience in account management, software testing and translation are an asset.
Are a fast learner, both handling support and using mobile and web tools.
Like interacting with people and are always happy to help our riders, partners and our colleagues.
Enjoy tackling tricky issues.
Are detail-oriented and business-and service-minded.
Don't mind working on weekends and holidays.
Are creative and patient in solving problems.
Use your own laptop for work.
Are a nice and open-minded person, excited to meet your new colleagues.
