We seek an enthusiastic, meticulously organised and structured team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join the ARTLAND team and take responsibility for the 3D organisation of photographers worldwide. You will be responsible for logistic, planning, hiring and handle communication between galleries and photographers. In a fast-paced work environment, this role would suit a candidate looking to build management experience and make a difference in the art world.
You will work alongside the Head of Gallery Partnerships and Head of 3D Post Production to handle communication with over forty 3D photographers and between 60-100 recordings of art exhibitions around the world being published every month.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for organising all 3D recordings worldwide
Take care of current 3D photographer setup
Hire and train new 3D photographers, both in-house as well as freelance contractors
Handle all communication between galleries and photographers
Organise bookings and handle the transport of equipment
Brief photographers & assist in making sure the 3D recordings go smooth and successful
Feedback on recordings to develop 3D photographers skills
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as excellent time management
Well structured, organised but also a flexible mindset
Eager to learn in detail about 3D technology and get hands-on experience scanning exhibitions, as a solid understanding of the system is an essential part of the position
Strong negotiations and researching skills
Professional, punctual, driven and reliable
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work in different working cultures on a daily basis
Additional language skills are not essential but are a plus
A relevant bachelor’s degree or experience in an art-related field is an advantage
Knowledge and experience with tech, project management tools and organisation
