We are searching for two new student workers for our Support team in Copenhagen. The position entails helping our customers who are mostly a versatile bunch of fitness personalities. Since we are growing quickly there will be plenty of opportunity to evolve with the role and shape it in a way that suits you.

Lenus is a fast-growing software company building an intelligent nutrition and workout solution that helps personal trainers, dieticians and other health professionals scale their business while preserving a high degree of personalisation. This is achieved through our full-suite personal trainer CRM platform and coach-branded web and mobile apps for end-users to follow meal and workout plans, track progress and stay in touch with their coach.
Lenus is experiencing strong financial growth. The company has been bootstrapped since its inception and currently has a recurring platform revenue of + 12M DKK each month. Lenus is operating in Denmark, Sweden and Great Britain and is looking to expand internationally in 2020. Right now, the team comprises 12 nationalities and is constantly growing.
Your Role
As a student worker in Support you will:
Cover our Support during every 2nd weekend
Communicate with customers via our Support channels
Resolve immediate issues for our customers
Identify urgent issues and react accordingly
Answer questions about our product
Ensure that Support actions are well documented
Collaborate closely with other teams of Lenus
Take a part in constantly improving our products
Your Skills
It is essential that you are:
fluent in Danish
Service-minded - You always put customer satisfaction first
Organised - You have great personal organisation skills
Persistent - You remain calm under pressure and you are able to manage a number of tasks simultaneously
Outgoing - You love to work with people, are empathic and have a positive attitude
Enthusiastic - You always have a high energy level and are highly motivated
It is desirable that you have:
1+ years of working experience
Proficiency in German or Swedish
Basic skills in SQL
Previous experience with Zendesk, Intercom or any other Conversational Relationship Platform (CRP)
General experience working in a customer-facing role
Any programming language is an advantage
