Your tasks will primarily be assisting with:

• Assisting Program team.

• Maintaining and supporting speakers relations .

• Getting specific information from speakers for the program.

• Support coordination of speakers on the execution day.

• Assist on Project management.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has Good communication and networking skills (both online and in person). 

• Good to have previous event organisation experience .

• Can work well in pressure.

• Has strong organisational skills .

• Has a structured approach .

• Has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and like to be involved in a wide range of tasks.

• Fluent in english.
