As a customer success associate, you will be responsible for customer retention for our Danish clients. You will be acting as a trusted advisor, developing long-term relationships and success plans for customers, ensuring that the maximum value is derived from Make Influence products.
Responsibilities
Drive Customer Success and increase sustainable proven value for both our Customers, Influences, and Make Influence.
Retain current and develop new uses for Make Influence’s innovative products and features that align with customer business needs and goals.
Manage our general customer-facing channels like live chat, support email, and company phone.
Drive optimal product adoption and ensure the best customer experience through the client life cycle.
Reports to the CMO about the health of the customer success department.
Own the success of assigned customers ensuring that they meet their KPIs and realize the full value of the Make Influence platform and services by defining short, mid and long term influencer marketing goals and creating customer success plans to realize objectives.
Amplify the voice of the customer internally in the company to optimize product development, product optimization, and marketing focus.
Proactively manage customer health and address customer issues throughout the post-sales engagement with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction
Share and develop success stories with the content team.
Regularly work alongside the Sales, Marketing, Support, Product Dev. and founder team.
About you:
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management a SaaS company, or experience in a digital marketing environment preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail-oriented
Experience building and maintaining relationships while working to mitigate churn, drive engagement and revenue growth
Strong leadership skills which inspire confidence with our customers
Ambitious, and self-motivated team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to grow with a company and keep pace with our ambitious growth targets
Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing team
Native Danish in written and oral presentation skills
