We are taking skills into account but attitude is all you need. Ideally knowledge/interest/studies in construction is highly appreciated but also electronics, SaaS product in general are a plus.
What you will do:
Building new relationships with a hunter attitude, and sweeping the Swedish market:
Cold calling
Cold emailing
Booking meeting
Following up
You will have to travel around Sweden. You will interact with different roles of the company from production to software development.
The type of sales are B2B but at the end we are all humans. You need to be good at listening and building long term relationships with each customer. Our customer is part of our development and the company's grow. We don't sell a thing, we generate trust by our deploying digital services.
The ideal person will have the opportunity to gain the responsibility to manage a region, manage key accounts, lead a team, or why not? even plan to expand in other countries. So we welcome driven positive minded people for this position.
