Who are you?
As an MDR you are a specialized sales reps that focus on inbound prospects and marketing qualified leads (MQLs). You will take inbound phone calls, chats, and respond to contact forms/ticket inquiries to assess qualification of a prospect’s needs to the solution or product being sold.
Although you can sometimes be asked to cold call, your focus should be on response time to inbound inquiries, customer service satisfaction, and the ability to uncover prospect needs in the qualifying process.
You will be a key member of our team, responsible for strategically developing and qualifying revenue opportunities. In this position, you will be working closely with Account Executives and Marketing to develop targeted strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business. Requirements
Experience selling SaaS software, experience from an MDR position, or experience in lead qualification and pipeline development.
A “can-do” attitude and the ability to keep plugging away even after a series of “No's”
A wish to work for a globally remote startup.
Strong ability to problem solve and find new ways to create value.
Strong team player but also a hands-on self-starter
It’s a plus if you have experience with Hubspot CRM
It’s a must that you speak English. Other languages are a big plus.
