Their first free-to-play game was awarded by Apple as the Best of Appstore in 2016. Now it has more than 10 million crazy player-created racing tracks and more than a good handful of superstar creators with millions of in-game followers.

Recently they have announced an €8 million funding round to bring their new mobile game which is already available on both iOS and Android platforms globally.

The company is now looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join their data team and to help them with data engineering of the company's upcoming games. 

 

Requirements

Must-have skills:

  • BS from an accredited university in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in building data pipelines, data architecture, data modelling & data governance

  • Previous experience working in games industry

  • Proficient working with SQL/NoSQL databases and MPP/columnar data warehouse solutions (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake etc.)

  • Experience with GCP and/or AWS environments

  • Proficient working with Python, Bash, R or other scripting languages

  • Experience working with large data sets

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

  • Passion for games and gaming

  • Great teamwork skills and a proactive attitude
