The job

We are looking for a part-time person that can help us to manage and monitor the financials at 24Slides. As a financial controller, you get the responsibility to make sure we have accurate numbers and perform as good as possible financially. This role could grow into a full-time position. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and our sales team to get a solid business understanding.

Examples of tasks

• Basic bookkeeping in e-conomic (https://www.e-conomic.com)

• Create and update the overall budget

• Create invoices for customers and ensure they pay on time

• Set up payments for supplier

• Manage suppliers to the DK office such as cleaning, landlord, lunch, and their payments

• Review and advise on better Business Unit budgets

• Create a system for cash flow management 

• Perform financial analysis to maximize the overall return on investment

As a person you:

• Can commit 20-25 hours per week

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.

• Good communication skills

• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e-economic preferably).

• Good analytical skills.
