Content is King!

That is why we need a Content Marketing intern for our team. Together with a small team, you will be able to put all of your passion for and knowledge about SoMe content to use.

This is the perfect opportunity for you to get real-world practical experience with writing blog posts that engages an audience and creates leads. You will get the chance to design posts from scratch and to interview experts, do research etc. in the process.

All of these blog posts will be tied up to our new website, which will launch soon.

You will work closely with the CMO, our Project Manager and a Community Manager intern and you will get a lot of freedom, but also a lot of support and development. The CMO will set the direction for you and the Project Manager will be your everyday buddy and mentor.

We want you to start as soon as you can and we are open to everything from 10 hours per week to a full time internship, but, the more the better.

The recruitment process is a bit different

Well, we are a platform that wants to disrupt recruitment, so this recruitment process will be a bit different than what you are used to.

We believe that the right candidate is the one, who can create the best content for Social Media. And we know, that your age, gender, race, nationality, sexuality and even your education and experience has nothing to with your ability to produce and post-produce content. But we also know, that all human beings and biased and make hiring decisions based on all of the mentioned information.

So we want to remove that information and give every candidate a fair chance to show off your talents and to be evaluated anonymously and unbiased.
