Each year, millions of candidates apply to companies and get rejected even though they may be more than qualified to fill in the position. Assessments today that supposedly qualify or fail candidates are IRONICALLY failing us, and do not showcase the candidates project based skills - skills that actually contribute to reaching technology goals in your company. Nor do assessments excite candidates, motivate them about the company's actual goal, or show candidates how they should improve.
Your focus will be to be in training in order to gain the skills to contribute to building and developing the digital strategy in line with brand objectives. This will combine a full mix of digital resources including the website, SEO, PPC, content, social media and lead management. You'll regularly analyse digital performance, providing regular reports and insights to the business.
Background and skills
·A relevant qualification in marketing and previous experience in a similar digital marketing role is essential but not a requirement.
·Hands-on experience of Google analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook ads and other social metrics is essential but not a requirement..
·Strong interest in understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
·Interest in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
