Key role in ensuring efficient momentum towards product-market-fit
As a Product Owner, you are the tactical person who translates user needs and our strategy into a digital product and at the same time ensure that the product team, which currently consists of 5 people, delivers on the strategic goals together with external partners.
Your most important focus area is to ensure effective momentum towards product-market-fit for the users of HealthBuddy. At this stage, you need to pay special attention to RheumaBuddy, which has already proved its worth to some extent.
You will work closely with CEO Andreas Dam, but also a newly created product steering group composed of Andreas, Thomas Hammer-Jakobsen (expert in health innovation and digitization) and Mogens Hafstrøm Nielsen (expert in SaaS and scaling). The task of the product steering group is to act as a strategic framework and sparring partner for the development of the individual products.

The primary tasks and responsibilities are:
Responsible for planning and delivery on time of roadmap for HealthBuddy, both own products and whitelabel - via an always updated backlog
Collaboration with design/UX team and developers
Project management and communication with external stakeholders, e.g. in connection with EU-funded development projects
Contribute to product vision and strategy in collaboration with the CEO who has the role of Product Manager
Participation in HealthBuddy product steering group
Support process and culture that enables high innovation efficiency
Desired competencies and experience
Deep and successful experience with bringing digital products towards product-market-fit, preferably apps (min 5 years experience)
Strong digital experience
Knowledge and experience with agile processes, preferably SCRUM
Knowledge and experience with innovation processes and methods, preferably lean startup, zero to one etc
Preferably experience from healthcare, but not a requirement
Leader who makes the team innovate efficiently
Strong ownership of our HealthBuddy platform and digital health products
Creative mindset and motivation to take our HealthBuddy products to the next level
Passionate and results-oriented
Both tactical and Hands-on approach in daily life
Proactive and independent
Well worded in writing and speaking - at least in Danish and English
Good empathic abilities, but at the same time robust in everyday life
Ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations
