As a case manager at Copyright Agent, you will work in a team of 13. You will work our busy Swedish market together with four other Swedish employees. The position is part-time, between 20-25 hours per week (with the possibility of a full-time position based on performance and market growth).
You will be responsible for handling and processing potential copyright violations on the internet - you will handle all communications with our clients and their counter-parties and you will work primarily through email and telephone communication.
An average day looks like:
Sending out correspondence to counterparties alerting them to copyright infringements on their websites
Following up existing cases by telephone to answer questions
Issuing invoices for compensation claims and chasing up payments due.
Feeding back issues or updates to our clients
Ad hoc translation work
Key competencies:
Native Swedish speaker.
Full working capacity in English (it’s our company language🎈)
Experience working with telemarketing or sales. It is imperative that you are confident making phone calls.
A structured approach to work and a curious mind - “I don’t know but I will find out” mentality
