As a case manager at Copyright Agent, you will work in a team of 13. You will work our busy Swedish market together with four other Swedish employees. The position is part-time, between 20-25 hours per week (with the possibility of a full-time position based on performance and market growth).

You will be responsible for handling and processing potential copyright violations on the internet - you will handle all communications with our clients and their counter-parties and you will work primarily through email and telephone communication.

An average day looks like: 

• Sending out correspondence to counterparties alerting them to copyright infringements on their websites

• Following up existing cases by telephone to answer questions

• Issuing invoices for compensation claims and chasing up payments due.

• Feeding back issues or updates to our clients 

• Ad hoc translation work 

Key competencies:

• Native Swedish speaker.

• Full working capacity in English (it’s our company language🎈)

• Experience working with telemarketing or sales. It is imperative that you are confident making phone calls.

• A structured approach to work and a curious mind - “I don’t know but I will find out” mentality
