Salary Competitive

We are looking for a film producer and editor for a film documentary about the people farming the future of food.

We are working on a "Patagonia-style" documentary film about food's environmental challenges and the people behind the future of food.

The job will require you to travel through Denmark and Sweden until end of the year, with Norway in 2021.

You will also be responsible for a) farmer interviews and b) short-form video of photography at our farm, as well as the editing / posting on social media / youtube

You need to have..

  • Your own gear

  • A good, even if small, portfolio showcasing quality

  • Creative mindset since you will be the main driver of our storyline

  • Strong film editing skills

  • Drivers license

Together, we will define how big the video team should be, as we define and overall ambition and consequent goals.

Due to the context of our startup, we decided to have a few more team members during the start. That meant a hard choice: we're asking our team to work as partners, with dedication but without salary until mid/late August, where we expect to be sustainable enough to have a solid business allowing normal salaries. We will start paying salaries before when possible, and offer equity in the business in exchange.
