An average car is parked for 23 hours a day, which is too much in our perspective. We want to facilitate easy sharing of private cars and at the moment we have 3 million users across Denmark, Sweden and Spain. Now, we are looking for somebody that are equally passionate about sharing. We are on our way to Finland and we need our number one Finnish team member.
Do you want to change the way Finland use cars?
You will be responsible for our launch into Finland as well as building the team as we grow. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer but also work closely with our Head of Customer Experience and Customer Care Manager in Denmark to incorporate our culture, brand and way of working.
The position will be based in GoMore’s HQ in central Copenhagen. Some limited travel to Finland should be expected. The goal is to open a Helsinki office once we have reached critical mass in the Finnish market.
Primary Tasks
● Customer care: Handle all inbound and outbound contact from new and prospective users in the market
● Sales: Drive new users towards the platform through email, SMS and phone campaigns and continuously prioritize and optimize campaigns
● Market understanding: Be the main driver of pushing our understanding of the customers’ needs from existing and prospective users in Finland
● Administration and management: Handle all tools, processes and ad-hoc tasks related to running and growing the Finnish market
● Communication and marketing: Produce written content for newsletters, digital marketing as well as running local PR
Primary Tasks before Launch (1-2 month)
● Translate our site and app to Finnish: prepare our product to the Finnish market and through that learn how it works in detail
● Set up tools needed to launch: setup systems, tools and processes for the Finnish market
● Relationship building: Get introduced to your new colleagues as well as our insurance and leasing partners who you will be working closely with.
Requirements
● Strong customer care skills and an innate wish to give the best possible customers care
● Ability to communicate clearly to users as well as internally to other teams
● Ability to take operational decisions based on analysis
● Ability to grow together with the business and increase in seniority as we grow the Finnish market, including team management
● Native Finnish speaker with strong written skills
● Strong verbal and written English skills
● At least a BA/BSc with excellent academic results
