Our client is a Silicon Valley based startup of a cloud-based platform designed to outsource information work to robots. The company is set out to change robotic process automation licensing and delivery models by creating a cloud-native platform based on open source technologies, providing users with automated digital routines. The company is now looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer to lead a new project -  building a new browser extension for Chrome for running JavaScript-based automation routines. 

Key responsibilities:

• To kick-off and lead a special project directly overseen by the CEO;

• To build a new browser extension for Chrome for running JavaScript-based automation routines;

• Developing open-source libraries.

Requirements

Must-have skills:

• Extensive experience with JavaScript;

• Some experience with TypeScript

• Experience producing proofs-of-concept;

• Product mindset, hacker mentality, independent thinker with creative problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Browser extension experience;

• Collaboration inside open-source communities.
