We are looking to bring a CEO / General manager for our Swedish efforts. We are looking for someone that can build up our strategy and execution from ground up to achieve ~18,000,000 kr in turnover by end of 2020. You need to be hands on at start but also have potential to grow a team of 5-7 across farming, support, sales and business development.
You will report to our CEO in Denmark. We are looking for a high potential person that can be our boots on the ground on the first days selling vegetables to our first swedish clients while having potential to quickly grow into a leadership role owning a team of 5-7 focused on our swedish efforts.
You must be obsessed about providing an excellent customer experience while being at ease doing sales and managing teams.
You are likely trained in several aspects of business, ideally within food. You are independent and can work under pressure. You have experience solving crisis, always keeping the customer and your team in mind. You are good at prioritizing, you are efficient and good at achieving set goals.
We have a budget of around 750,000 dkk for Sweden and an initial plan to reach 18,000,000 dkk in revenue by the end of 2020 so one of your first goals will be to bulletproof our budget and go-to-market.
The position is unpaid during the first 2 months, in exchange for equity.
