We are looking for a e-commerce manager to lead all aspects related to our online sales, CRM and customer experience. You will report directly to our CEO and COO. We are looking for a high potential e-commerce manager that can both start our e-commerce presence hands on, while also having the potential or experience to hire and lead an e-commerce team (CRM, support, logistics..).

You must be obsessed about providing an excellent customer experience.

You are likely trained in several aspects of e-commerce, ideally within food. You are independent and can work under pressure. You have experience solving crisis, always keeping the customer in mind. You are good at prioritizing, you are efficient and good at achieving set goals.

We are looking for someone that can start an organization from scratch, while being able to grow into a leadership position that manages multiple members/teams responsible for:

• Customer support

• Order management

• CRM & retention

• e-Commerce

• Content & SEO

The position is unpaid during the first 2 months.
