Casefair is a growing B2B SaaS-startup on a mission to build the future of recruitment and

connect innovative companies with diverse talent through our recruitment platform combining digital case assessments and predictive employee analytics.

We will soon be launching Casefair 2.0 with leading enterprise customers and recruitment agency partners. We have a strong product-led focus where we seek to engage and listen to customers to build a world-leading recruitment solution.

About the role

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, you will be an integral part of Casefair and will play an important role in shaping Casefair 2.0 and the growth of the company.

You will be responsible for developing, scaling, and maintaining the Casefair App (Frontend and Backend) and make architectural and infrastructure decisions of the system together with the management group. Other tasks will be to follow up on bug reports, improve the interface and API, and deploy changes to both ends of our stack.

Ideal experience and skills

• 4+ years of experience working as a full-stack engineer (or experience both as a Front-end and Backend Engineer)

• Experience with popular front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js or similar

• In-depth knowledge of REST APIs and distributed, scalable and resilient microservices you are familiar with Springboot)

• Extensive experience in object-oriented programming languages (Java/Kotlin is preferred and a huge plus)

• Extensive experience with SQL

• Extensive experience with proper Software Design patterns and good testing practices

• Solution-oriented and adaptable approach to problem-solving and eager to learn new technologies

• Great sense of ownership and proudness in the work that you do

• Experience with DevOps technologies and processes

• Experience managing/building a team and code reviews

• Experience with Agile Development such as Scrum or similar
