Claimlane is a B2B FashionTech SaaS startup. Our mission is to make the complaint process silky smooth and to provide our customers with insights into their faulty products, thus helping them make better and more sustainable products in the future. Our platform is used by stores and brands in 20 different countries.

You will be working closely with our small and fast-paced product team consisting of a UX designer, a UX researcher, and a software engineer. We run a lean software process, we release new features on a daily basis and try to validate them just as fast with users. You must enjoy working in a demanding and high productivity environment.

You will be working on interesting challenges ranging from building seamless user experience for our customers to automating claim handling with heuristics and advanced algorithms like image recognition.

Our tech stack consists of a React frontend with a Node.js backend both written in typescript. We store our data in MongoDB and our api is built with GraphQL. We are hosting everything on AWS.

We don’t expect you to be an expert in all of it, but you must be willing to quickly learn the areas you are not familiar with.
