At Radiobotics we are looking for a key member of our team! A project manager with a talent for communication and interpersonal skills, building great relationships and delivering technical projects on time.


Who we are

Radiobotics is a Danish healthtech startup, creating algorithms for radiology departments, aiding radiologists and radiographers interpreting musculoskeletal (msk) x-rays, with a focus on improving efficiency and diagnostic quality.

We are very excited about multiple achievements in our product development, and it's now time for us to add another highly skilled colleagues to the team, to strengthen this further.

We are on a mission to transform radiology by designing ML/DL based products that augment the workflow of radiologists, improving the quality of the diagnosis and reducing waiting time.

We work with a pragmatic approach to Scrum. Two week sprints where we combine deadline-oriented tasks with more long term or exploratory projects.


Who you are

The project manager will be responsible for project management activities related to product development projects. The project management position will play a key role, ensuring task & resource planning and coordination of activities between the R&D, QA and clinical team.

The position requires experience running SaMD projects in a highly development-oriented environment, an ability to keep track of numerous details, and strong communication and planning skills. You should have an interest to work with technology for a startup company, be a highly organized individual, who’s ready to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.


Where will you do it

We have a beautiful office in central Copenhagen where we like to work, go for a swim in the harbour in the summer before/after work and enjoy each others’ company. However, we understand that sometimes we work better from home and that works for us too. We like to stick to normal business hours but we are also flexible in that sense, as long as we can be available to each other for meetings and through Slack when needed.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage and coordinate development projects.

  • Organize and planning program schedules and milestones.

  • Make and monitor risks, project assumptions and budgets.

  • Responsible for collecting user needs and making requirement specifications for current and future products.

  • Ensure that documentation is prepared, completed and stored according to the company's QMS.

  • Responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Troubleshoot technical and non-technical challenges that may arise during the project


Requirements

  • +3 years of relevant project management experience

  • Experience working with QMS systems, especially ISO13485 & ISO 62304

  • Experience with agile project management

  • Proven ability to work without supervision and to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Danish and English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence & Bitbucket)

  • Some experience with AI and data-driven solutions.

  • Have a Bachelor's or higher degree within computer science, medtech or healthtech
