We seek an enthusiastic, meticulously organised team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join the ARTLAND team and work with us on the VR edition of an international fair. You will work alongside the Head of Gallery Support to handle gallery content, facilitate communications and logistics in the lead up to and during the fair. In a fast paced work environment, this role would suit a candidate looking to build experience in the Arts industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting exhibiting galleries with their Fair participation

• Develop and maintain gallery database

• Assisting in the creation and distribution of gallery content

• Supporting in scheduling, drafting and distribution of exhibitor updates

• Supporting galleries during the duration of the fair

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as excellent time management.

• Excellent data entry skills

• Professional, punctual, driven, reliable

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Passionate about contemporary art and culture

• Additional language skills are not essential but will be preferred.

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or experience in an art-related field are an advantage.

• Knowledge of WordPress, Google sheet, Google Analytics, Project management tools and database experience are an advantage.
